Meet at Minnowburn car park near Shaw’s Bridge AT 10.30 AM. Walk along towpath to Iron Bridge (some broad steps up and down) then flat walk to Lock Keepers Cottage for banana break. Cross over to other towpath and back to Minnowburn.

Not a long walk but a pleasant one.
