The title is 'Age is just a Number' and he will talk about the Northern Ireland Cohort for the Longitudinal Study of Ageing (NICOLA), the largest public health investigation in Northern Ireland, examining how health, lifestyle and overall wellbeing change over time

We'll learn what goes on behind the scenes for the planning and execution of these.

The latest book came about after Mark met the late Charlie Warrington whose mother was evacuated from Nazi occupied Germany and came to Northern Ireland.
