This Loughgall Country Park ramble will be, I estimate, two hours-plus, almost all on flat paths with only a couple of gentle inclines.   If you wish to car-share, please be at Hillsborough Forest Park car-park by 10.a.m.  Directions to reach Loughgall are as follows:  Leave M1 at exit 13 and follow road marked Loughgall 5 miles.  After 3 miles there is a cross-roads with a STOP sign.  Cross over and straight on.  At T-junction turn right and at next T-junction turn right again for Loughgall.  Drive through village until you reach the park entrance on the left, marked by a stone wall with the sign for Loughgall Country Park.  There is a modest £1.70 charge per car, and maps of the park are available.   We'll aim to start the walk at 10.45 a.m.   Packed lunch or eat locally afterwards.
