The walk starts at Happy Valley carpark at 9.30 am.

From the carpark, we will cross the river and style and ascend Slieve Meelmore, on the left hand side of the wall.

We will then descend to the valley and contour around the bottom of Slieve Meelbeg and Slieve Loughshannagh. We will then climb to the top of Slieve Loughshannagh and Slieve Meelbeg and finally descend along the shoulder back towards the carpark. Distance: 10.39 km,
