Meet at Meelmore Lodge car park for a 9.30 am walk start.

We will walk towards the Trassey River Ford and then ascend Spellack and Slieve Meelmore. Descend to the col between Meelmore and Slieve Bernagh, contour around Bernagh and ascend Bernagh Summit Tor. We will descend towards Pollaphuca and return to Meelmore Lodge.
Distance 6.5 miles, time 6+ hours, ascent 2600 feet.
