Meet at Meelmore Lodge for a walk starting at 9.30am.

Proceed from the style directly across to Spellack and ascend up a steep grassy slope, which involves about 30 minutes of scrambling, but which makes the subsequent ascent of Meelmore more gentle than following the wall.

From Meelmore summit we descend on the diagonal path to the saddle with Meelbeg before ascending Meelbeg and lunch.

Our return will be down the Meelbeg shelf and off to the right to meet the Ulster Way and back to Meelmore Lodge.
