(Click on heading to see more information) Starting from Leitrim lodge carpark – we will follow the track up to Pierces castle then cross the ridge to Tornamrock.We will descend to join the Mourne way and those not climbing Rocky will follow this back down to the track and Carpark.

Those climbing Rocky will go directly to the summit via the south side and descend to the Mourne way and on to the car park.

Meet at 1030 at Leitrim Lodge carpark.

Directions

Meet at Hillsborough forest carpark to car share at 0915 – travel via Hilltown –t urn right after Downshire arms and left just after Clonduff play group into  Loughries road follow to sandbank road junction turning right with car park a short distance on the left.

Alternatively travel to Dundrum and as leaving village follow signs to right towards Maghera- continue to Castlewellan road turning right and then left towards Bryansford.

 Continue through Byansford towards Hilltown and at the stop sign at Kilkeel road turn left towards Spelga and at the crossroads turn right towards Rostrevor ( Sandbank road)

. Pass the Glamping pods and the car park is 0.9 miles on the left just after the Leitrim road junction.
