Meet at Sandy Brae cap park, Attical ( up a lane from GAA club).

Starting at 9.30 am we will climb Finlieve, walk along the Slieveroe plateau to the summit of Rocky. We will return by contouring Slievebug.

Distance 11.5 km, Time, 5.5 hours, ascent 580 m, conditions- wet under foot.
