(Click on heading for full details) Description: Circular walk starting in main car park at Glenariff Forest Park. Scenic Trail (6.5 miles) It involves some steep ascents and descents so poles recommended. Good paths but boots preferable especially if weather wet.  

Packed lunch during walk. Toilets at visitors’ centre. Cafe may open for coffee at end. 

Car park £5, coins preferable as cards very slow to process. 

Walk starts 10.30

Directions: M2 in direction of Ballymena. At junction 12 take exit for Cushendall. Keep following signs for Cushendall A43. Three and a half miles after Cargan look out for Forest Park entrance.
