Directions to the Balmoral Hotel

Directions from the M1
Heading from Belfast towards Lisburn leave at Junction 3 towards A1 / Dunmurry /Finaghy. On
the slip road use the right two 2 lanes to turn right on to Blacks Road (then use the middle lane of
3) and drive straight ahead towards the Stewartstown Road/B102 you will see the Balmoral Hotel
on your left. Turn left into the car park.
Heading from Lisburn on the M1 - there is no exit at Blacks Road from this direction. You will
need to go on to the Balmoral exit (Junction 2). From the roundabout, use the exit that takes you
back towards Lisburn on the M1. Use the directions above.
Directions from the Lisburn Road
Heading from Belfast towards Lisburn/Dunmurry turn right at Blacks Road (the traffic lights after
the Finaghy Road junction, opposite the entrance to St Anne's Primary School and Rathmore
Grammar School). Use the middle of the 3 lanes to go straight ahead towards the Stewartstown
Road. Drive straight ahead until you see the sign for the Balmoral Hotel on your left. Turn left into
the car park.
Heading from Lisburn / Dunmurry. After passing through the Dunmurry Lane traffic lights take
the left hand slip road on to Blacks Road towards the M1. Use the middle of the 3 lanes to go
straight ahead (heading towards the Stewartstown Road/B102). Drive straight ahead you will see
the Balmoral Hotel almost immediately on your left. Turn left into the car park.
Directions from A512
Approaching the junction with Blacks Road take the left hand lane. Turn left at Blacks Road. Drive
along Black Road (heading towards the Stewartstown Road/B102) you will see the Balmoral Hotel
almost immediately on your left. Turn left into the car park.
Directions from Stewartstown Road (B102)
Take the Blacks Road turning. Contnue down Blacks Road until you see the Balmoral Hotel on
your right. Turn Right into the car park.
