Meet at Spelga Dam carpark at 9.30 am.

We will ascend Slievenamuck and then continue over Butter Mountain for a few hundred metres before turning left downhill towards a rough track.

We follow this uphill and cross a fence towards Craigdoo cairn.

We proceed in a southerly direction to the summit of Spaltha and along the plateau to Spelga summit. We then return to the carpark.
